General introduction into Combatting Corrosion
Corrosion damage to our own investment in valuable assets, which include >R3M of warehoused stock, exposed to a very aggressive marine and industrial environment, started us off on a process of world-wide research, to find the best anti-corrosion system on the market for our application, and we discovered the Cortec range of products, so diverse, that it undoubtedly puts Cortec Inc. at the forefront of the war on corrosion in other parts of the world. So impressed were we with our find and the results of our own testing of the products, that we immediately secured the SA distributorship and imported further sample stock.
Up to now, Cortec's impressive range of products were relatively unknown in SA but this is changing very rapidly as the news is starting to spread locally. Cortec products are already in use at a few blue-chip companies that recognise the need to get rid of that omnipresent and deadly "silent partner" called corrosion that relentlessly erode profit in every business. We are proud to already be involved in saving the following companies time and money - Petrosa, Bell Equipment, Darryl Maskew
Petrosa - is using our products to protect expensive electric and electronic components on their offshore oilrigs.
Bell Equipment - a major manufacturer and exporter of earthmoving machinery and equipment, use a selection of our products to protect their Diesel and Hydraulic tanks internally during pre-delivery and overseas shipment. Other uses are being investigated at present.
Darryl Maskew - a major manufacturer and exporter of automotive components use our packaging products to ensure that their exports arrive at its destination in prime condition, ready to be used without first having to remove waxes and oils.
The list goes on... Several other companies are currently considering Cortec to solve their problems.
